Things people ask first
Does Timo join my call as a bot?
No. Timo records on your own device, so no extra participant appears in Google Meet, Zoom or Teams. Let the people you're with know you're taking notes, as you would anyway.
Which meetings does it work with?
Anything you can hear: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, a phone call on speaker, or people in the same room.
What do I get after a meeting?
A short summary, the decisions, action items with owners and dates, open questions and the full transcript. Tasks land on your list, and Timo can suggest time for them on your calendar.
Is my audio used to train AI?
No. Raw audio is deleted once the notes are written, your notes stay private to your workspace, and nothing is used to train models.
How much does Timo cost?
Free for 30 days with no card. After that it is $8 a month for 100 hours of recording.
Can I share notes with people who don't use Timo?
Yes. Send a link, a PDF or a Word file. Anyone can read a shared link without an account, and you can turn it off at any time.
