Timo's connector lets Claude and ChatGPT read your meeting summaries, check your calendar for free time and suggest tasks, after you approve access on a Timo page. There is no key to copy, and you can revoke access at any time.

What an assistant can do with Timo
The connector offers twelve tools. Each needs its own permission, and reading full transcripts is a separate permission whose use is recorded.
- See today: your day, working hours, events, open and suggested tasks, recent meetings.
- Find free time inside your working hours.
- List, create and update tasks, and schedule a task into the next free slot.
- List and create calendar events; an event that clashes with a fixed one is refused.
- List meetings and read a meeting's summary, decisions and linked tasks.
- Read a full transcript, only with the transcript permission.
- Add a topic or link to your research list.
How to connect
In Timo, open Integrations and choose Claude or ChatGPT. Timo shows the connector address and the two steps for that assistant. When the assistant connects, a Timo page asks you to approve; nothing is shared until you do.
Boundaries
Tasks an assistant creates arrive as suggestions you approve, unless you chose auto-approve for that connection. Every action is recorded with the assistant that made it. Never paste keys or passwords into a chat; the Claude and ChatGPT connection doesn't need one.
Other assistants and agents, such as Cursor or a custom GPT, can use Timo's REST API with a scoped key created in Integrations.
